The built-in keyboard in my Dell Latitude 5420 has some additional problems.
A, S, D keys keep on lagging while pressing, and they are failing to work properly, in addition to already-dead R key. No use searching the web and following remedies. I am anticipating the worst situation. That is to say, the whole keyboard module is physically broken, leading to buying a replacement keyboard module and rebuilding my laptop.
And there is an urgent issue; an American semiconductor manufacturer Micron is about to phase out of consumer market next month, giving its consumer brand Crucial end-of-life for good. So, it's the last chance to buy Crucial DRAM modules. I'd like to purchase two 16 GB DDR4 sticks of that brand, so as to double my laptop RAM capacity. Current RAM sticks installed are proved not reliable, and I've figured it out that using multisourced RAMs in one system makes the problems deeper.
One more thing, the replacement keyboard may be with Russian layout, thougt it is yet to decide to buy.

Thank you for reading my post.

P.S.
The original plan was to quadruple RAM capacity to 64 GB, but I was forced to revise that issue due to cost overrun and relative low cost-effectiveness. Replacing other parts is also inevitable. So, as a compromise, RAM is to be doubled, because my daily jobs would be OK with 32 GB RAM.
